Using freshly harvested pear quinces grown next-door to the distillery that are subsequently infused with Rausch Kabinett – one of the world’s finest semi-sweet Rieslings – then blended with the Saar Dry Gin creating a uniquely delicious spirit. The perfect choice for a sweet-tooth, the juicy caramelised flavour of the Saar Dry Quince also makes it a seminal spirit for summer cocktails, simply with tonic and plenty of ice or the perfect accompaniment to a complex cheese board.
